Cloud phone systems for busy offices
Desk phones, a desktop app and a mobile app, all on your business numbers. We set it up, move your numbers over and look after it.

Is this for you?
A cloud phone system usually makes sense when one or more of these sound familiar.
- Your phone system is old, and parts are getting hard to find
- Staff work from home, another office or the road some days
- Calls to the main line go unanswered at busy times
- Changing a greeting or who a call rings means calling a technician
- You’re opening a second location or adding staff
What you get
Your numbers, kept
We move your existing numbers to the new system, so nothing changes for callers.
Desk phones and apps
Answer on a desk phone, a laptop or the mobile app, with the same extension everywhere. Add a user whenever you hire.
Auto attendant
A main menu that greets callers and sends them to the right person or department.
Time-based routing
Calls ring differently during office hours, after hours and on holidays, automatically.
Forwarding, transfer and rollover
Pass calls between desks, forward them to a mobile, and roll over to the next free line when one is busy.
Voicemail to email
Messages arrive in your inbox as audio files, so nothing sits unheard.
Business texting
Send and receive text messages from your main business number.
Internet fax
Send and receive faxes without a fax line, from email or a web portal.
Call recording and music on hold
Record calls for training and play your own music or message while callers wait.

What changes for your staff
Very little, which is the point. Phones ring the same way and callers dial the same numbers. The difference is that calls follow people: a call to reception can ring a desk phone, then a laptop, then a mobile, before it goes to voicemail.
There’s no phone system to buy or keep in a closet. It runs in the cloud, and changes like a new user, a new greeting or holiday hours are a call or email to us.

Common questions
Something we haven’t covered? Call us on 714-594-6000 and ask.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. We move (port) your existing numbers to the new system, and they stay your numbers.
Do we need new desk phones?
Not always. Many current desk phones work on the new system. We check yours during the free assessment and tell you which can stay.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Calls can forward automatically to mobiles or another location, so the phones keep ringing somewhere. We set this up before you go live.
How long does the switch take?
Usually a few weeks from go-ahead, depending on how long the current carrier takes to release your numbers. We plan the cutover for a quiet time.
